Pinwheel cascade

Maybe one of the most dimensional pictures I've ever made. The painted portion is only about 9 inches across, but for some reason this thing looks much bigger in person. Really, really happy with this picture. It only took about 2 years to get around to finishing it.....worth the wait.

Here, I'll edit this old post to include a photo of another circular-shaped cascade I recently (2014) finished. This one's almost 12 inches across. It's odd how it has a totally different feel than the Pinwheel Cascade, at least to me. (Update posted 8-30-14.)
